Operating in two manufacturing facilities totaling 200,000 sq. ft. of insulated and heated workspace, the MODUS team works to design, construct and deliver building projects quickly, efficiently, and with unsurpassed quality.

Projects can vary in size and complexity from small telecom structures to large multi-storey buildings. Having all multi-disciplinary teams located in the same building promotes rapid, constant and direct problem solving resulting in efficient project execution. Combined with the advantages of off-site construction, this integrated model can cut project schedules by up to 50% and reduce overall costs by as much as 20%.

MODUS can build with traditional construction materials as well as Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs). We can incorporate SIPs into steel and wood structures to increase building envelope thermal efficiency.
