MODUS is manufactured 14,000 ft2 of staff housing for Lake Louise. Construction of 8 modulars in our facility began August 15th of this year and the last units were shipped to site on November 15th. Pre-finished in our factory, all that is left now is complexing of units to make the entire structure look right at home in our beautiful Rocky Mountains.  Add power and Lake Louise has brand new staff residences!
