MODUS is currently building a 3300 square foot building for staff housing to be transported across an ice road to Northern Manitoba. Time is of the essence as the five modular building units HAVE TO be transported before the ice road melts in March. The project was awarded in December of 2023 and construction immediately commenced to meet the tight “no-extension” timeline.
