This three-module Harvey’s project was built together as one building in the MODUS plant. Once the building was 90% complete, the three modules were separated and transported to Grande Prairie to be lifted and installed on a concrete foundation. MODUS designed and built custom alignment keyways in the structure to ensure the three modules were assembled back together precisely as there were many interior finishing details that had to line up perfectly.  This project took three months to manufacture in the plant and approximately one month to complete all the site work.
