MODUS has been fortunate to be involved with the Alberta Government’s relocatable classroom program since it’s inception with the introduction of Contract 1 in 2004.  Twenty years later, we are still honoured to be collaborating with Alberta Infrastructure on Contract 12 to supply high quality classrooms, daycares, and washroom units to school boards across Alberta. In 2023 Alberta saw the highest population growth rate in a twelve-month period since 1957.  Predictions show that Alberta’s population growth will continue to increase over the next five years, putting pressure on an already strained school system.   MODUS has the capacity to meet this need head on and we continue to be committed to providing the highest quality classrooms in Canada.
