MODUS has supplied over 3000 high quality, durable and energy efficient buildings to the Provincial and Federal governments for the past 20 years. We take pride in the ability to meet or exceed the government’s stringent building requirements.
MODUS classrooms are selected by school boards to facilitate learning environments for numerous reasons. The classrooms can be built off-site, then delivered and completed during the schools’ summer break with minimal disruption to the site and to the schools’ operations.
