About Modus facility

135,000 square feet of controlled manufacturing environment. There are no weather delays at MODUS. We build indoors quickly, efficiently, and with unsurpassed quality.

We know that where we live, work, and play greatly impacts our well-being, environment and ability to contribute to our communities.

MODUS’s manufacturing facility is located on 10 acres of land in Crossfield, Alberta, strategically located near a High Load Corridor which allows us to transport loads up to 9 metres high to many parts of Alberta, Saskatchewan, BC, and the United States. We have 39 heated indoor build spots available. Our facility is CSA-A277 certified so we adhere to stringent guidelines for construction and undergo rigorous quality control and quality assurance inspections. Our plant is COR certified to ensure the health and safety of our personnel.
