MODUS manufactured 14,000 ft² of staff housing for Lake Louise, constructing 14 modular units in our facility starting August 15th. The final units were shipped to the site by November 15th. Pre-finished in our factory, all that remains is the complexing of the units to create a seamless structure that blends perfectly with the stunning Rocky Mountain landscape. Once power is connected, Lake Louise will have brand new staff residences!
